Busy Time For Marquee Hire in Norfolk
We have already shown you the images of the corporate event we helped with in Ipswich at Trinity Park at the beginning of February and whilst we are now back in the office and unit, things are still hectic here at Weatherfield’s.
We are now in full cleaning mode preparing and washing all of the PVC ready for what can only be described as a busy season! We have welcomed a new staff member to the team to “learn the ropes” so to speak this year. We are also on the lookout for casual staff this summer, which would suit those who may be home from university. This can lead onto repeat work each summer for the right candidates. We have had a number stay with us for up to 4 years and are still helping out at key times.
There have been some new additions to our stock as well as some replacements making sure our equipment and kit looks the best for your wedding or event.

We are always looking to improve and encourage all of our staff and have recently renewed or trained our entire full-time staff members with fork lift training and certification. A great day’s work, with a fantastic presentation and assessment, provided by BIM fork lift training services.
We have also been travelling around Norfolk and Suffolk visiting a range of venues and private homes offering advice and our profession opinion on what we have to offer for the area or space our clients may have to work with. Remember, this is a free service we provide and are always happy to come and visit you, even at weekends, and at a time that works for you.
Alternatively, you are welcome to come and visit our office showroom, where we have a small set up offering most elements of what you can expect to see within one of our marquees. We have been very lucky to work with a variety of wedding planners and event organisers at some of Norfolk’s and Suffolk’s most beautiful venues and once again we have been invited back to a number of these to provide our marquees to create the backdrop and setting for their clients special day or event.
We are honoured to be adding a couple of new exclusive venues to our portfolio, further information will be released over the coming months. We are also excited to be preparing for a wedding fair at one of these new venues to show any potential couple’s or corporate clients what can be offered, Watch this space!
For those more local, we will also be attending the Watton Wedding Fair, which is being held on the 9thand 10thMarch at Watton Sports Centre. This will be providing a platform for all local suppliers to show what they may have to offer.
