First Blog of 2021
With Spring on the horizon, we have still been very busy behind the scenes!
Since the start of the new year we have seen an increase in enquiries and bookings for new weddings and celebrations, boosted by a new found confidence that we will return to a new normal this summer (all being well!).
We have had a number of new brides who managed to get married before this current lockdown wishing to still hold a wedding reception or mark their first anniversary with a celebration so they can party with their family and friends as they would have liked to on their special day.
As we await new guidance from the Prime Minister, and once restrictions are eased, our clients are in the midst of planning various options with guest numbers from 15 - 30 and then 50 or more should we get the green light.
"Remember, its not just marquees we do, but all aspects of your event from generators to toilets, tables and chairs, bar hire and even the cutlery, crockery and glassware. Nothing is too much trouble"
On the flip-side to this, we have also had some exciting enquiries for 2022 for much larger weddings which are in excess of 300 guests for some of the venues we regularly attend.
We are also pleased to announce that we will be attending the Dunston Hall Wedding Show in April for the first time and will be on hand to answer any questions you may have, along with offering advice and guidance on any aspects of your special day or event.
Remember, its not just marquees we do, but all aspects of your event from generators to toilets, tables and chairs, bar hire and even the cutlery, crockery and glassware. Nothing is too much trouble.
This year may also see the return of even more social events and the continuation of socially distanced gigs, comedy, sporting events, drive in cinema’s and food festivals - something we have seen more of over recent months and have been pleased to have been involved with.
Although some of our county’s wonderful annual shows have already been cancelled we feel that with some of the conversations we have been having over the past few weeks, there will be something to fill this void in some shape or form.
So on that positive note, we will bring our first blog of 2021 to a close and lets all look forward to a summer of parties, celebrations and fun, with a return so some normality, fingers crossed!
